Returns & exchanges
Unworn pieces with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Start by contacting us with your order number and the size you need.
We’ll help reserve a replacement size while your original piece is on its way back.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Are Minilo clothes pre-washed?
Yes. Our cotton pieces are pre-washed for softness and to help minimise shrinkage at home.
How should I choose between two sizes?
Choose the next size up for a relaxed fit and more growing room. Our shapes are designed to look good slightly oversized.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If packing has not started, we’ll do our best to update the size or delivery details.
How do I care for bright colours?
Wash cool with similar colours, turn garments inside out and avoid bleach. Line drying helps colour and fabric last longer.
